TENCEL® offers the perfect solution for chinos. Chino trousers which are normally made of cotton benefit from being combined with TENCEL®. Important performance properties are significantly enhanced by the cellulose fiber from Lenzing.
PERFECT DYE FASTNESS
Dye fastness is enhanced as a result of adding TENCEL®. Light-colored stripes which might occur as a result of washing or ironing, are no longer a problem. This is due to the deep dye affinity of TENCEL®. The fiber absorbs a particularly high amount of dye and ensures permanent color intensity in chinos.
Thanks to the excellent color retention of TENCEL®, white stripes, a common feature in traditional chinos, are a thing of the past.
EASY CARE
TENCEL® guarantees ideal conditions when it comes to caring for textiles. Thus chinos made of this special cellulose fiber can be washed with ease and are suitable for tumble drying. Also TENCEL® fabrics offer the advantage that any stains can be easily removed.
After 20 washes, chinos with TENCEL® are as attractive as on the first day.

TENCEL® refines chino fabrics due to the particularly smooth fiber surface. As a result, trousers are exceptionally pleasant to wear next to the skin. Coupled with optimum moisture management, chinos are, therefore, the epitome of feel-good garments.

With TENCEL®, chinos are ecologically enhanced. The eco-fiber is a product of Nature and it returns to Nature since botanic principles are used throughout the entire production process. Lenzing fibers are extracted from plants which convert CO2 into oxygen. In addition TENCEL® is produced in a unique Lyocell technology process.
